We're Still Here... I Think.....
Things have been pretty busy around here, and we're not going to be slowing down anytime soon.... All of May looks booked-up, and down for that matter!! We are all well, that is a blessing!! I'm not sure we would have time for curing any illness right now!! Plus the medicine cabinet is packed up in storage... Whoever gets sick is S.O.L!!;)And of course you know that I have new pictures!!!!! As ALWAYS!!;)
Dawson has found a new favorite thing..... A shower!!! This child LOVES a shower!! And only with Daddy!! They stay in there for about 45 minutes and you've never heard so much laughing and squealing!!!! When it's time to get out, he says "but I'm not clean, I've gotta get back in the shower"!! They have fun so much fun!! And it's so much easier to get him to wash his hair!!
A couple of good news points... WE HAVE CONCRETE!!!!!!! So we could be moved in the house in a couple of weeks!! 
My friend Betsy and I LOVE to watch DIY.... I watched the other night and found a great idea... I've been wanting to refinish this solid white, mini chest of drawers for years..... It was so dull and boring!! Well, not anymore!!! This is the front... 
It's fabulous!!! I love it!!! It's supposed to be a marble effect, I think it worked really good!! And most of all, I'm so proud that it turned out so well.... And I done it, with a little help from Betsy!!! This is the top, I think it's my favorite part.. 
Next on the agenda is an old gun cabinet.... I want to turn it into a china cabinet.... That should be an adventure!!! Also, I want to refinish an old bedroom suite of my grandmothers.... This is the side.. 
Trading Spaces ain't got nothin' on Cara!!;)Here is my sweet precious baby sister, Tristan,
she is on the right!! She had her dance recital last weekend, and all of my pictures sucked... This is the only one that you could half way tell who she was!! I was so proud of her!! So was her boyfriend, he brought her FLOWERS!!!! FLOWERS..... SHE'S 10, AND SHE GOT FLOWERS FROM A BOY..... I just don't know about this.... He hasn't quite passed my test yet.. But sounds nice!!I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!! Maybe it won't rain the whole time!!;(
